Once all details are reviewed and analysed, we prepare a labour cost estimate. After confirming that it aligns with your budget, we provide a detailed written quotation outlining labour and material costs.
4. Contract Preparation
Upon approval, we email a formal contract for works, protecting all parties involved. If the property hasn’t been assessed in person (e.g., using online photos/videos), we agree to perform a quick property assessment on the start date to confirm everything matches the provided details. If adjustments are needed, we discuss them with you first.
